Product Description:

Septa
·          Septum Isolates the sample flow path from the outside world.
·          It Provide a barrier readily penetrate by the syringe needle while maintaining internal pressure without contaminating the sample.
·          Septa Should be replace to avoid:
a) Leaks
b) Sample Loss
c) Ghost Peak
·          Recommended Bleed Temperature Optimized Septa (BTO) is suitable to use with all GC which include Thermo Scientific, Shimadzu, Agilent, Perkin Elmer …etc
·          BTO Septa can withstand extended temperature range up to 400oC with very low Bleed & virtually eliminates port sticking.


Septa

Liners
·          Liners are the centerpiece of the inlet system in which the sample is evaporated and brought into the gas phase.
·          Liner need to changed regularly to avoid:
a) Peak Shape Degradation
b) Solute Discrimination
c) Poor reproducibility
d) Reduced Column Life Time
·          Recommended double taper which taper at the bottom and top can provide better contaminent of the injected sample
·          This type of liner can be use from general to difficult and active compounds. Especially for sample which tend to be lost or adsorbed at the inlet. The vaporization of the sample will be focus at the center piece of the liner with two taper ends to equalize the sample vaporization.

Syringe
·          Syringe is a simple tool which consists of plunger that use to withdrawal sample in liquid or gas form into the barrel. The sample will then be expel into the chromatography instrument for sample analysis
·          Selection of syringe will be base on the mode of injection of the instrument analysis.
·          We have various type of syringe from Manual to autosampler syringes which suitable for all brand of chromatography instrument.
